Today’s DropStar crew is composed of the founders and the first employees of Diversey, then DiverseyLever Polska and currently JohnsonDiversey companies, who in 2005 decided to use their superior know-how and experience and established an independent venture. Within a year of activities, the company managed to win a group of regular customers in the country and now plans to expand its activities abroad. People of DropStar: Wojciech Wiśniewski– Vice-president, R&D Mr. Wiśniewski graduated from the Chemical Faculty of Warsaw University of Technology. He completed as well post-graduate studies for the “Quality Managers” at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 1982 until 1992 he pursued an academic career at the University. Since 1992 Mr. Wiśniewski has been working for Diversey company (later DiverseyLever and currently JohnsonDiversey), handling the aspect of chemicals’ application. Mr. Wiśniewski was transferring know-how of hygienic solutions developed by Diversey company to the Polish market. He developed several excellent formulas of chemical preparations and washing and disinfecting technologies in food industry facilities. He was also implementing complex washing and disinfecting programmes at the leading producers of food in Poland. Mr. Wiśniewski is the author of many articles published in professional journals, relating the application of chemical preparations in food industry plants, as well as hygiene and cleaning procedures. Janusz Różanski – Vice-president, Marketing & Sales Mr. Różanski graduated from the Economic Faculty of the Marketing and Management University in Warsaw. He is as well a post-graduate of Human Resource Management Study in London. From 1993 to 2000 he worked for Diversey company (afterwards DiverseyLever), managing sales and marketing. From the moment of company’s establishment, he has been responsible for the sales department and then as a Commercial Director he was managing sales to institutions and food industry plants. In 1995-2000 Mr Różański had the best sales results in the entire Europe, which was appreciated with several awards and prizes. He trained many excellent tradesmen and managers, holding currently top level positions in international corporations. Mr. Różański is also an author of many articles concerning cutting-edge washing technology. Marek Goral, Sales and Customer Relations Mr. Goral graduated from the Foreign Trade Faculty of the Warsaw School of Economics. For more than 15 years he has been organising and supervising the accomplishment of foreign contracts on many continents. Since 1994 an employee of Diversey company (afterwards DiverseyLever Polska), where he was co-ordinating and then managing the development of indirect sale and export. During his professional career he was rewarded many times by the company’s management for spectacular managerial and trade successes.
